Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs that are aligned with the company's mission and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that educational programs are integrated into overall business strategies.
Identify and build relationships with external partners, including schools, universities, and educational organizations, to expand the reach and impact of our educational programs.
Manage the budget and resources for educational programs, ensuring efficient and effective use of company resources.
Monitor and evaluate the success of educational programs, collecting and analyzing data to inform decision-making and program improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education, and use this knowledge to continuously improve our educational programs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, and community leaders.
Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and other activities related to educational programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to increase awareness and participation in educational programs.
Manage a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on the progress and impact of educational programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in education program management, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional design, and educational technology.
Proven experience in managing budgets and resources.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
