Overview: Artistry Crafts Arts is seeking a passionate and creative Craft Workshop Facilitator to join our team. As a Craft Workshop Facilitator, you will have the opportunity to inspire and teach individuals of all ages and skill levels in various crafting techniques. This role requires a strong understanding of different crafting methods and the ability to effectively lead and engage participants in a fun and educational environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize craft workshops for individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels
• Develop workshop curriculum and materials that align with the company's mission and values
• Lead workshops and provide hands-on instruction in various crafting techniques such as painting, pottery, paper crafts, sewing, and more
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants, encouraging creativity and self-expression
• Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing proper use of tools and equipment and adhering to safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace before, during, and after workshops
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote workshops and attract participants
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies needed for workshops
• Continuously research and stay updated on new crafting trends and techniques to incorporate into workshops
• Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns from participants

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or leading craft workshops
• Strong understanding and proficiency in a variety of crafting techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Creativity and adaptability to customize workshops to meet the needs of different groups
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for teaching and inspiring others through crafting
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time
