Position: Instructional Designer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other team members to create instructional materials that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis to determine learning objectives and design appropriate training solutions
• Develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and instructor-led training materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
• Use adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Incorporate multimedia elements and interactive activities to enhance learning
• Create assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes
• Maintain and update existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in instructional design and technology
• Work closely with trainers to provide support and guidance on instructional design and delivery
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and development
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Lectora
• Experience with video and audio editing software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a diverse team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
