Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve website design and user experience
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts to clients
• Optimize website design for maximum usability and accessibility
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve any design-related issues that may arise
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Web Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile optimization
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus
