Location: Andean Polytechnic Institute

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Education Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing, planning, and implementing educational programs and initiatives within our organization. You will work closely with our team of educators and other key stakeholders to ensure the success of our educational programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a proven track record of coordinating successful educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives based on the organization's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with educators and other team members to identify needs and gaps in the current educational programs
• Create and maintain an annual education calendar to ensure timely delivery of educational programs and initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance educational opportunities for our participants
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement
• Provide guidance and support to educators to ensure high-quality delivery of educational programs
• Develop and maintain educational resources, including curriculum, training materials, and assessment tools
• Manage the budget for educational programs and initiatives, ensuring cost-effective solutions are utilized
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the education field to continuously improve our programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote educational programs and initiatives to the target audience
• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential funding opportunities for educational programs and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating educational programs
• Strong understanding of educational practices and principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Experience with budget management and grant writing is a plus
