Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality control checks on incoming raw materials and finished plastic products
Perform various tests and inspections on plastic materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards
Analyze test results and identify any issues or defects
Communicate with production team to address any quality concerns and implement necessary improvements
Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols
Monitor and document all quality control activities and maintain accurate records
Train and supervise other quality control personnel as needed
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any quality-related issues
Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to plastic production and quality control
Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement processes to enhance quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in plastics engineering, materials science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the plastics industry
Strong knowledge of plastic materials and their properties
Experience with various quality control testing methods and equipment
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Knowledge of ISO and other quality control standards is a plus
