Job Description: Trendsetters Spotlight is seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development process from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, including market research, concept development, prototyping, testing, and commercialization.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in order to develop successful product strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and engineering, to ensure the timely and successful launch of new products.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress, identify any roadblocks, and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
• Work closely with the design team to create product concepts that are both innovative and aligned with our brand's aesthetics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to source the best materials and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Oversee the product testing process to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend product enhancements or modifications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and consumer preferences to inform product development decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the Consumer Goods.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of product development processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with market research and consumer behavior analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for developing new products.
