Job Title: Data Architect

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our growing team. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's data architecture. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our data systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and the ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement our company's data architecture, including data models, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Develop data strategies and standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of our data.
• Identify and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data management processes.
• Create and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Perform data profiling and data quality assessments to identify and address data inconsistencies.
• Work closely with the development team to optimize data structures and performance.
• Develop and maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, data management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with data integration tools and techniques, such as ETL and API integration.
• Proficient in SQL and other programming languages.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
