Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan to support the organization's short-term and long-term goals.
Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with potential donors and sponsors.
Create and manage fundraising campaigns and events to engage the community and increase awareness of our organization.
Write compelling grant proposals and secure funding from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop fundraising materials and strategies to effectively communicate our mission and impact.
Manage and maintain donor database and ensure accurate and timely donor recognition and stewardship.
Develop and manage the annual budget for the development department, ensuring all fundraising goals are met.
Provide regular reports to the executive team and the board of directors on fundraising progress and results.
Stay updated on fundraising trends and best practices and implement new strategies to maximize fundraising efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
Proven track record of successfully securing major gifts, grants, and sponsorships.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in database management and fundraising software.
