Job Title: Apparel Production Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Apparel Production Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As the Apparel Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from sourcing materials to managing the final product. You will work closely with our design, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure that our apparel products are produced efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet company goals and deadlines
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, fabrics, and other production materials
• Oversee the production process, ensuring that all stages are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor and manage production costs to optimize efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to ensure products meet design and quality standards
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of finished products
• Manage and mentor production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other industry professionals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve production processes and techniques

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel production management
• Strong understanding of textile materials and garment production processes
• Experience in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
