Position: Semiconductor Fabrication Technician

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Semiconductor Fabrication Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Semiconductor Fabrication Technician, you will be responsible for the production of semiconductor materials and devices used in electronic equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain specialized equipment used in semiconductor fabrication processes, such as lithography, etching, deposition, and diffusion
• Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
• Conduct routine inspections and tests on materials and products to ensure they meet specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate records of production and equipment maintenance activities
• Train and mentor new technicians on standard operating procedures and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication
• Strong understanding of semiconductor materials and processing techniques
• Experience operating and maintaining specialized equipment used in semiconductor fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict safety protocols
