Position: Renewable Energy Specialist

Location: Tianjin, China

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze renewable energy technologies, such as solar, wind, hydro, and geothermal, to determine their viability and effectiveness in reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainable energy solutions.
• Develop and implement renewable energy projects, including conducting feasibility studies, securing permits, and overseeing construction and installation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement renewable energy systems that meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in renewable energy technology to ensure our projects are innovative and in compliance with all relevant standards.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and identify potential challenges or opportunities for renewable energy projects.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and track project progress, budget, and timelines to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members on renewable energy solutions and best practices.
• Identify and pursue potential funding opportunities and incentives for renewable energy projects.
• Represent EcoWarriors Advocates at industry conferences, workshops, and events to promote our expertise and services in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in renewable energy, engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, preferably in a consulting or engineering firm.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, hydro, and geothermal.
• Proficiency in project management and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and standards related to renewable energy.
• Familiarity with renewable energy software and tools, such as RETScreen and HOMER.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and attend industry events as needed.
