Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop curriculum materials that are engaging, relevant, and effective.
Conduct research and analyze industry trends to ensure our curriculum remains current and competitive.
Evaluate existing curriculum and make recommendations for improvements and updates.
Work closely with instructional designers to create course outlines, lesson plans, and assessments.
Develop and deliver training sessions for instructors on the implementation of new curriculum materials.
Support the integration of technology and innovative teaching methods into the curriculum.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of curriculum across different programs and courses.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of curriculum materials through data analysis and feedback from learners and instructors.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in curriculum development and delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of curriculum development principles and best practices.
Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Experience in designing and delivering training sessions.
Proficient in using technology and learning management systems.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
