Position: Production Designer

Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Production Designer to join our team. As a Production Designer, you will be responsible for the visual design of our products and services. You will work closely with the design, marketing, and production teams to ensure that our brand is represented in the best possible way. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a passion for creativity, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute visual concepts for our products and services
• Create and maintain design templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all materials
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual assets for campaigns and promotions
• Review and approve all designs before they are sent to production
• Manage the production process from concept to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Conduct quality checks on all final products to ensure they meet our brand standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design process
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design goals and objectives
• Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the highest quality of materials and products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production design or a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
• Excellent understanding of design principles, layout, and typography
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with print production processes and techniques
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
