Position Title: Housekeeping Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team. As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the facility
• Restock and replenish supplies in restrooms, guest rooms, and common areas
• Ensure all trash and recycling is properly disposed of
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the Housekeeping Manager
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Follow established procedures for handling and storing cleaning products and equipment
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to any housekeeping requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
