Position: Concrete and Glass Production Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete and Glass Production Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of concrete and glass products from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a proven track record of managing a production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet company goals and objectives
• Monitor production processes and ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
• Manage a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
• Oversee inventory management and make recommendations for purchasing materials
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety regulations
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Develop and maintain production schedules, adjusting as needed to meet changing demands
• Conduct regular quality control checks and address any issues that arise
• Prepare and present production reports to upper management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a production management role, preferably in the concrete and glass industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing a production team
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
