Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Stewardship Administrator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and maintain the integrity of our company's data assets. The Data Stewardship Administrator will work closely with various departments to ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and secure. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain the quality, integrity, and security of our company's data assets.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by conducting regular audits and resolving any data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Maintain data dictionaries and data models to provide a clear understanding of the data structure and relationships.
• Develop and implement data standards and guidelines to ensure data is collected, stored, and used in a consistent manner.
• Monitor data usage and access to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to employees on data management best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for any data-related inquiries or issues.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data stewardship and governance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, processes, and technologies.
• Experience with data modeling and data dictionary development.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP, DGSP, etc.) are a plus.
