Job Summary: As a Legal Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and in-depth research on various legal issues and providing valuable insights and analysis to support our legal team. You will work closely with our lawyers to assist in the preparation of legal documents, briefs, and memos. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with current laws, regulations, and legal trends that may impact our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive research on legal issues related to our clients' cases
• Analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and legal precedents
• Gather and organize relevant information from various sources such as legal databases, books, and online resources
• Prepare accurate and detailed summaries of legal research findings
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including briefs, memos, and pleadings
• Coordinate with lawyers to develop legal strategies and arguments
• Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and legal trends that may affect our clients
• Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow ethical principles
• Attend legal proceedings and provide support to lawyers as needed
• Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline the legal research process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Researcher or similar role
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, concepts, and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using legal research tools and databases
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal documents and information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
