Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve program goals
Collaborate with the executive team to define program objectives and create strategic plans
Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of programs and initiatives
Monitor program progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure success
Manage program staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their objectives
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and other organizations to enhance program effectiveness
Conduct regular evaluations of programs to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Communicate program updates and progress to the executive team and other stakeholders
Identify and pursue potential funding opportunities to support program growth
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continually improve program offerings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, social work, or non-profit management
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a similar role
Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing programs
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
