Position: Airline Pilot

Location: Wotje, Marshall Islands

Employment Type: Contract to hire

Job Overview: As an Airline Pilot, you will be responsible for safely operating our aircrafts and ensuring a smooth and comfortable flight for our passengers. You will work closely with your crew and ground staff to ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed, while also providing a high level of customer service to our passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-flight inspections of the aircraft to ensure it is in proper working condition
• Review and analyze flight plans, weather conditions, and any other relevant data for each flight
• Communicate effectively with crew members and ground staff to ensure a coordinated and efficient flight
• Monitor and adjust the aircraft's controls and instruments during the flight to maintain optimal performance and safety
• Make critical decisions in emergency situations and implement appropriate protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and crew
• Provide regular updates and announcements to passengers during the flight, while also addressing any questions or concerns they may have
• Complete post-flight reports and debrief with ground staff to discuss any issues or concerns that may have arisen during the flight
• Stay updated on industry regulations and advancements in aviation technology to constantly improve and enhance your skills as a pilot

Qualifications:

• Valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
• Minimum of 3,000 flight hours, with at least 1,500 hours as pilot-in-command
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Must pass all required medical and physical examinations
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
