Job Title: Digital Learning Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Learning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing digital learning solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and design effective digital learning solutions.
• Develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses, videos, webinars, and other digital learning materials using authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Utilize instructional design principles to create learner-centric content that meets learning objectives and promotes retention.
• Conduct thorough quality checks and ensure all digital learning materials are accurate, current, and user-friendly.
• Manage the digital learning content library and make updates as needed to ensure content is relevant and up-to-date.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital learning programs through data tracking and reporting, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital learning and incorporate them into our learning strategy.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to align digital learning initiatives with overall learning objectives and business goals.
• Provide technical support and training to employees and stakeholders on the use of digital learning tools and platforms.
• Act as a subject matter expert on digital learning, sharing best practices and providing guidance to colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and development of digital learning materials.
• Strong proficiency with authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning principles.
• Experience with learning management systems and digital learning platforms.
• Experience with graphic and multimedia design, including video and audio production.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
