Job Title: Textile Quality Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, production processes, and finished textile products to ensure they meet established standards and specifications
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain consistent quality across all textile products
• Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to resolve any quality issues and improve overall production processes
• Utilize various quality control tools and techniques such as statistical process control, root cause analysis, and 5S methodology to identify and address quality issues
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of quality control tests and results for future reference
• Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues
• Train and guide production teams on quality control standards and procedures to ensure their adherence to quality guidelines
• Communicate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and sales to provide timely and accurate information on product quality
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques to continually improve the quality control process
• Conduct periodic audits of production facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control within the textile industry
• Knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and ISO standards
• Familiarity with textile production processes and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other quality control software
• Willingness to travel to production facilities for quality control inspections
