Job Description: FastTrack Couriers is currently seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join our growing team. As a delivery driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary responsibility will be to operate a company vehicle to transport products to various locations, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle, following all traffic laws and company policies
• Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring that they are properly secured and protected
• Plan and organize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
• Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for both yourself and others
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate and timely product deliveries
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling any inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Familiarity with GPS devices and route planning
• Basic math and computer skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends if needed
