Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Designer and Fabricator to join our team. As a designer and fabricator, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs, as well as managing the fabrication process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both design and fabrication, along with a passion for working with concrete.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their project needs and objectives
• Design and develop concrete structures, including but not limited to walls, floors, and countertops
• Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D designs
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project requirements
• Develop detailed fabrication plans and oversee the fabrication process
• Select appropriate materials and tools for each project
• Ensure all designs meet safety and building code requirements
• Manage project timelines and communicate updates to clients and team members
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication process
• Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in concrete design and fabrication techniques

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete design and fabrication
• Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for creating unique and visually appealing concrete designs
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
