Job Description: As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and assets. You will be required to monitor and patrol the designated area, respond to any security threats or incidents, and provide excellent customer service to our clients. This is a physically demanding role that requires you to be on your feet for the majority of your shift.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the designated area to prevent security breaches and respond to any security threats or incidents.
• Conduct regular security checks and report any suspicious activities or behavior.
• Monitor security cameras and alarms to identify potential security risks.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, and assist them with any inquiries or concerns.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Create detailed reports of all security activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies in case of emergencies or security breaches.
• Conduct investigations and gather evidence for any security incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of all security equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated with the latest security protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills.
• Ability to handle stressful and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Proficient in using security equipment and gadgets.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
• Valid Security Guard license and certification.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
