About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Armed Response Team Member to join our security team. As an Armed Response Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets. Your responsibilities will include responding to security breaches, conducting patrols, and providing a rapid response to any emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to alarms and emergency calls promptly and efficiently
• Conduct patrols and monitor surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises
• Assess potential security threats and take appropriate action to prevent or minimize risks
• Interact with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports of all incidents and activities during shifts
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including handling and maintaining firearms in a safe and responsible manner
• Collaborate with other security team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient response to security threats
• Attend regular training sessions and stay up-to-date on security protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a valid armed security license
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
• Comfortable handling and maintaining firearms
• Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening
