Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all ground operations activities, including aircraft handling, ramp services, passenger handling, and baggage handling.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Coordinate with various departments, including maintenance, flight operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Monitor and analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Train and develop ground operations staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Conduct regular safety and compliance audits and ensure all operations are in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with airport authorities and other external stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and ensure adherence to airport policies and procedures.
Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational efficiency and minimize costs.
Plan and coordinate special events or projects, such as aircraft charters or ground handling for VIP flights.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and implement best practices to improve operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ground operations management, preferably in the aviation industry.
Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel when necessary.
