Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop animation concepts and storyboards for various projects.
Lead and mentor a team of animators, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
Manage the entire animation pipeline, including character design, rigging, keyframe animation, motion graphics, and special effects.
Work closely with the Art Director and Project Manager to establish project timelines and meet project deadlines.
Conduct regular meetings with the animation team to review progress, provide feedback, and address any issues that may arise.
Utilize your expertise in 2D and 3D animation to create dynamic and visually stunning animations.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, and implement new techniques to improve the overall quality of our animations.
Ensure that all animations adhere to the project's creative vision, brand guidelines, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with other departments, such as design and sound, to ensure a cohesive and seamless final product.
Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the animation process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in animation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proficient in industry-standard animation software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, and 3D Studio Max.
Strong understanding of animation principles, such as timing, pacing, and weight.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate team members.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
