Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and requirements
Design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate complex data
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and use this information to make strategic recommendations
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data by performing regular data quality checks and troubleshooting data discrepancies
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security
Train and mentor team members on data reporting and analysis best practices
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data reporting and analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data reporting and analytics
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data reporting and visualization tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience with data governance and data quality management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing & Hunting is a plus
