Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Biotechnology Quality Control Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control principles and experience working in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet regulatory standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established procedures and specifications.
• Utilize various analytical techniques, such as HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis, to analyze and evaluate product quality.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Review and approve test results and release products for distribution.
• Conduct investigations into any quality issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Monitor and maintain the stability program to ensure product stability and shelf life.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop, revise, and implement quality control procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control role within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and regulatory requirements, including cGMP, GLP, and FDA guidelines.
• Experience with analytical techniques, such as HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately analyze and interpret data.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
