Job Title: Web Designer
Position Summary: We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating attractive, user-friendly, and responsive websites that meet our clients' needs and objectives. You will work closely with our development team and project managers to ensure that the websites are visually appealing, functional, and meet the highest standards of design and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet clients' goals and objectives
- Collaborate with project managers and development team to understand project requirements and objectives
- Conduct research on current design trends and techniques to ensure the best design solutions
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to present to clients for feedback and approval
- Develop and maintain design standards and brand guidelines for consistency across all web projects
- Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for different devices and browsers
- Work with development team to ensure timely and accurate implementation of designs
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve website designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in web design and share knowledge with the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in web design, preferably in an agency or corporate setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive design and understanding of UX/UI principles
- Knowledge of SEO and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
