About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Animator to join our dynamic and creative team. As a 3D Animator, you will be responsible for bringing characters and objects to life through movement and emotion. Your work will be used in a variety of projects, including films, TV shows, commercials, and video games. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a team of passionate individuals who are dedicated to producing high-quality animation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D character and object animations using industry-standard software and tools
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine animation concepts and ideas
• Interpret storyboards and concepts to effectively convey emotion and movement in animations
• Work closely with other animators, artists, and designers to ensure consistency and quality throughout the animation process
• Meet project deadlines and deliver animations within the specified timeframe
• Continuously improve and develop new techniques and methods to enhance the overall quality of animations
• Communicate and present animation ideas and progress to the project lead and team members
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques in 3D animation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D animation for film, TV, or video games
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender
• Strong understanding of animation principles, such as timing, weight, and posing
• Excellent understanding of human and animal anatomy and movement
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from the project lead
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality animations
• A strong portfolio showcasing your animation skills and creativity
