Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Director to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and profitability for the food and beverage department
• Oversee the hiring, training, and development of all food and beverage staff
• Create and maintain food and beverage menus that reflect current industry trends and meet the needs of our diverse clientele
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring that they are within budget
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong service culture
• Work closely with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best prices and products for the company
• Continuously review and improve service standards to exceed guest expectations and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, implementing new ideas and initiatives to enhance the food and beverage experience for our guests
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role
• Proven track record of successfully managing a large team and achieving revenue targets
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and service standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
