Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor crop yields and quality, and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural operations management.
• Strong knowledge of farming techniques, crop production, and farm equipment.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in agriculture.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and make sound decisions.
