About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient and organized warehouse processes, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers. You will also play a vital role in managing a team of warehouse staff and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement warehouse operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained at all times.
• Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly.
• Manage the receiving, storage, and delivery of goods in a timely and organized manner.
• Ensure that all warehouse staff are properly trained and adhere to safety protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff, providing feedback and coaching when necessary.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including shipping and receiving.
• Implement and maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout to facilitate efficient operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify ways to improve warehouse processes and productivity.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and control warehouse expenses to meet budgetary guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Proven experience in managing a team and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
