Job Title: Biotechnology Product Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biotechnology Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development, production, and marketing of our biotechnology products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers, are delivered on time, and contribute to the overall success of the company. This is a pivotal role within our organization, and we are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about biotechnology and has a proven track record of successfully managing products from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's overall goals
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
• Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new biotechnology products or improve existing ones
• Set product pricing and monitor market trends to ensure competitiveness
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market testing and post-launch analysis
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging and promotional strategies
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement or new market opportunities
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitor products, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders

• Lead and mentor a team of product specialists, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the biotechnology industry
• Strong understanding of biotechnology products and their applications
• Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate team members
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience working with regulatory bodies
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
