Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling our company's products and services to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and meet targets
• Identify potential customers and actively pursue new sales opportunities
• Provide product information and demonstrations to customers

• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a sales role with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexible schedule to accommodate customer appointments and events
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time position, with occasional evening and weekend work required
• Travel to customer locations, trade shows, and sales events may be necessary
• Work may be conducted in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Physical demands may include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating equipment such as computers, printers, and phones
