Key Responsibilities:

Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and software.
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously enhance our products.
Develop design guidelines and maintain consistency across all digital platforms.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process.
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Experience with user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for creating user-centric designs that solve complex problems.
