Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
Interpret and understand project plans and blueprints, ensuring that all work is carried out according to specifications.
Manage and schedule construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
Ensure that all construction work is carried out in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues or potential problems.
Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise between team members or subcontractors.
Oversee the ordering and delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring that they are available when needed.
Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including materials, labor, and equipment usage.
Train and mentor new construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints.
Proficient in using construction management software and other relevant tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
