You will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development process, from initial concept to final product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, define software architecture, and create technical specifications.
• Develop high-level product designs and architectures that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Conduct research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the company's software development process.
• Design and implement scalable and flexible software solutions that can adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team and ensure that the architecture and design principles are followed throughout the development process.
• Review code and provide feedback to ensure that it meets performance, security, and maintainability standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and technical challenges throughout the development process.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide project estimates, timelines, and progress reports.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to help them improve their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Software Architect, Software Developer, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Strong experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with software development tools and frameworks like Spring, Angular, React, or Django.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
