Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Crafting Specialist to join our team. As a Crafting Specialist, you will be responsible for creating unique and high-quality handmade products that align with our company's brand and vision. Your exceptional attention to detail and passion for crafting will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create handmade products such as home decor, jewelry, accessories, and gifts
• Research and implement new crafting techniques and materials to continuously improve product quality
• Collaborate with the design team to develop new product ideas and concepts
• Create and maintain detailed records of materials used and production processes
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time
• Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demand
• Provide training and guidance to junior crafting team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in crafting, preferably in a retail or production setting
• Strong understanding of different crafting techniques and materials
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality handmade products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
