Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Environmental Education Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As the Environmental Education Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational outreach programs to raise awareness and promote environmental conservation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educational Program Development: - Develop and implement environmental education programs for various age groups, including school-age children, college students, and community groups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design educational materials, curriculum, and activities that align with our organization's mission and goals.
• Conduct research on current environmental issues and trends to ensure that our educational programs are up to date and relevant.

Outreach and Partnership Building:

• Build relationships with schools, universities, and community organizations to promote our educational programs.
• Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to organize and facilitate educational events, workshops, and presentations.
• Represent the organization at environmental education conferences and events to network and share best practices.

Volunteer Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to assist with educational programs and events.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to volunteers to ensure the success of educational initiatives.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Develop and implement evaluation tools to measure the impact and effectiveness of our educational programs.
• Analyze data and provide reports to stakeholders on the success of our educational initiatives.

Fundraising and Grant Writing:

• Collaborate with the development team to identify and apply for grants to support educational programs.
• Assist in fundraising efforts by developing educational materials and presentations for potential donors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of environmental issues and a passion for promoting sustainability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in program development and implementation.
• Knowledge of evaluation methods and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in grant writing and fundraising is a plus.
