Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized E-Learning Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an E-Learning Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the creation, development, and maintenance of our e-learning content. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the education industry by delivering high-quality online learning experiences to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create e-learning content that aligns with our curriculum and educational standards.
• Develop and maintain a content development schedule to ensure timely delivery of e-learning modules.
• Utilize instructional design principles to ensure the content is engaging, interactive, and effective for our target audience.
• Review and edit existing e-learning content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to our brand standards.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video producers to create multimedia elements that enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on e-learning content to ensure functionality and usability across different devices and browsers.
• Manage e-learning content repositories and ensure all materials are organized and easily accessible for instructors and students.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in e-learning technology to continually improve our content development processes.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in our e-learning materials.
• Provide technical support to instructors and students on e-learning platforms and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Monitor and analyze e-learning content usage and performance data to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-learning content development, preferably in the education industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Passion for education and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in e-learning.
