Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain curriculum for various education programs, including but not limited to workshops, seminars, and online courses
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure program content is accurate, relevant, and engaging
Conduct thorough research to identify current trends and best practices in curriculum development
Create and implement program evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of curriculum and make necessary adjustments
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure programs are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
Provide training and support to instructors on curriculum implementation and delivery
Monitor program budgets and ensure resources are allocated appropriately
Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and educational institutions to enhance program offerings
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance in program development
Monitor and analyze program data to inform decision-making and improve program quality
Conduct regular reviews of program materials to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or a related role
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in research and data analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of educational technology and online learning platforms
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
Passion for education and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices
