Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Quality Control Technician to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, analyzing data, and identifying any issues or defects in our products. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical and visual inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
• Use precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers, to ensure products meet specifications
• Conduct quality tests and make accurate measurements to determine product conformance
• Record and analyze data from quality tests and inspections
• Identify and report any non-conformities or defects in products
• Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of test results and inspection data
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide suggestions for process enhancements
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to product quality control

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and statistical analysis tools
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
