Job Overview: As a Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining in Repair & Maintenance in a timely and efficient manner. You will be working closely with our customers and providing them with excellent service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with in Repair & Maintenance reported by customers
• Repair and maintain in Repair & Maintenance according to company standards and procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement solutions for complex technical problems
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on repair status and address any concerns or questions
• Keep detailed records of repairs, including parts used and time spent on each repair
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on in Repair & Maintenance to prevent potential issues from arising
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments to continuously improve repair processes and techniques
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing repairs
• Assist with training and mentoring new repair technicians as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in a repair/maintenance role, preferably in Repair & Maintenance
• Strong technical background and understanding of in Repair & Maintenance and their components
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions
• Great customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in using various hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends, as needed
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) and work in various conditions (i.e. confined spaces, heights, etc.)
