Overview: As an International Affairs Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with international partners, stakeholders, and organizations. Your main focus will be on promoting the company's global presence and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration in various regions across the world. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing international policies, regulations, and trends to inform the company's decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with international partners, stakeholders, and organizations to promote the company's global presence and identify potential areas for collaboration.
• Conduct research and analysis on international policies, regulations, and trends to support the company's decision-making process.
• Keep track of global events and developments that may impact the company's operations and provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Represent the company in international conferences, meetings, and events to build strategic partnerships and promote the company's brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement global strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Monitor and report on the company's international activities, including partnerships, projects, and investments.
• Stay updated on international market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks for the company.
• Provide support in negotiating and managing international contracts and agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international affairs, business development, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of international policies, regulations, and trends.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in at least one foreign language is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
