Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in education, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and instructional strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software.
Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
