Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and engage in friendly conversation to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and answer any questions or concerns
• Assist customers in finding and trying on items, providing style advice and suggesting complementary products
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and merchandise as needed
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals
• Attend training and development sessions to improve selling skills and knowledge of products
• Follow store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees
• Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism and a customer-centric approach
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall store success

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
