Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail. As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading and executing design projects, managing a team of designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for various design projects, including but not limited to print, web, packaging, and branding.
• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the delivery of exceptional design work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the design quality and creativity.
• Conduct regular design reviews to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Oversee the production process, including printing, packaging, and digital delivery, to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
• Communicate and present design concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and freelancers to support design projects when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Extensive knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional and impactful designs across various mediums.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of designers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong visual aesthetic.
• Creative problem solver with a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
